• Medical Detox: The first step for most patients. Our 24/7 medical team supervises withdrawal with continuous monitoring and FDA-approved medications. Alcohol detox is particularly critical — withdrawal from alcohol and benzodiazepines can cause seizures without medical oversight. Most patients complete detox in three to ten days, then transition directly into residential treatment without leaving the facility. Learn more about medical detox.
• Inpatient Residential Rehab: Our core program. You’ll live on-site in comfortable accommodations and participate in a full daily schedule: multiple individual therapy sessions weekly, daily group therapy, weekly family counseling, CBT, EMDR, DBT, and recreational therapy. • Partial Hospitalization (PHP): Intensive day treatment five to seven days per week, four to six hours daily. PHP bridges inpatient structure and outpatient independence. Some patients begin at this level if their assessment indicates inpatient isn’t needed. Learn more about PHP.
• Intensive Outpatient (IOP): Structured therapy three to five days per week, approximately three hours per session. Available at both our Lake Worth facility and our Miami outpatient office. Learn more about IOP.
